Phase I—Officership
Held in conjunction with the National Leadership Conference
Overview: Phase I of the FCCLA Ultimate State Officer Academy (USA) leadership training is held in conjunction with the National Leadership Conference. Phase I is composed of seven hours of orientation and training over two days that centers around the essential elements of successful FCCLA leadership. Development in Phase I concentrates on the key expectations of state officers, critical FCCLA knowledge, and the team skills necessary to be effective in leading members and chapters across America. Team assignments and exercises will be made for officers to complete over the summer in preparation for Phase II and III of USA.
How to Register:
As an officer, you will register for USA Phase I as part of your meeting registration. You must check off the appropriate box on the National Leadership Conference Registration Form.
